Beckett Boxes are a thoughtful initiative by the Wreck-it like Beckett Foundation, aimed at supporting families with children diagnosed with cancer. Each Beckett Box contains a variety of helpful items to promote wellness, provide comfort, and offer practical tools for clean living. Here's what typically goes into a Beckett Box:

• Parent’s guide to childhood cancer book- an absolute must if you have a child going through cancer.
• "Geared for Life" by Bryce Kenny, which offers motivational insights
• Journal of healthy living tips, including keto-friendly recipes and helpful wellness advice
• EWG-rated sunscreen and toothpaste for safe, non-toxic personal care
• Epsom salt for detox baths, beneficial during chemotherapy
• Organic non-GMO seeds to start a family garden for clean eating
• Glass spray bottles, with instructions for making homemade cleaners (vinegar, water, essential oils)
• Sample of laundry detergent with a recipe card for making your own toxin-free detergent
• Index card with a natural cough syrup recipe

• Journals for both the child and parents, to track treatment progress and for emotional expression
