What We Do

At Wreck-it like Beckett, we provide crucial support to families affected by pediatric cancer. Inspired by Beckett’s own journey as an ATRT brain cancer warrior, our organization is dedicated to helping families navigate the challenges of a cancer diagnosis. Here’s how we do it:

1. Beckett Boxes: We send personalized care packages to families, filled with non-toxic products, recipes, and practical items to support them during treatment.

2. Education & Advocacy: We raise awareness about pediatric cancer and educate families on healthier, toxin-free living to promote wellness and prevention. We collaborate with medical institutions, such as St. Jude’s, to expand our impact.

3. Fundraising & Community Events: We organize fundraisers to raise money for cancer research and to support affected families. We are dedicated to raising funds for impactful non-profit organizations that have played a meaningful role in Beckett's Journey and the lives of countless others. These nonprofits, like St. Jude Research Hospital, have provided vital care, resources, and hope, and we aim to give back by fundraising and partnering with them to continue their essential work.

Our mission is to "wreck" the barriers and challenges faced by families dealing with pediatric cancer, giving them the tools and support they need for a healthier, brighter future.

The Why

The name Wreck-it like Beckett likely carries a deep, personal meaning tied to Beckett’s strength and resilience during his battle with ATRT brain cancer. The phrase "wreck it" suggests a fierce, determined fight—symbolizing Beckett's ability to take on the immense challenge of cancer and power through it, much like a monster truck smashing through cars.

How is Beckett now?

🎉2 years Cancer Free on November 22!!🎗️💛

On November 22, our warrior Beckett officially celebrated 2 years cancer-free! And we have even more amazing news — his latest scans on January 16 at St. Jude came back completely clear! 🙌✨

We are beyond grateful for the incredible care at St. Jude, the love and support from family, friends, and our Wreck-it Like Beckett community, and the strength of Beckett himself. 💛

Beckett’s journey reminds us that hope, perseverance, and fighting with everything you’ve got really matters. Here’s to continued health, happiness, and helping other families facing childhood cancer. 💛

For our family, this month holds a meaning that words can hardly capture. Childhood Cancer Awareness isn’t just a cause—it’s our life, our story, and our fight. We know what it feels like to sit in hospital rooms, to hold on to hope through treatments, and to pray for more time. We also know the strength of warriors like Beckett, and the incredible courage of siblings who stand beside them every step of the way.

This month, we honor every child fighting, every angel taken too soon, and every family walking this journey. Awareness means shining a light so that no child’s battle is ever overlooked, and no family feels alone. It means pushing for better treatments, healthier futures, and hope that lasts a lifetime. For us, Childhood Cancer Awareness is love, resilience, and a promise to keep fighting—until every child gets the chance to just be a kid again. 💛
